Alright, imagine this, you're cruising along, life's good, and then BAM! Your car decides it needs less oil for the second time in a month. My 2022 VW Taos SE had me running to the dealership after a "reduce oil level" message popped up post-routine oil change. Did the dealer fix it? Sure, they drained a little oil and sent me on my merry way. But fast forward 2,000 miles and a road trip later and guess what? Same message, same dealer shrugging like it's just another Tuesday.
Question is, should I be sweating this? Two "reduce oil" warnings in one month kinda feels like deja vu with engine drama. Is this a VW quirk, a dealer who's too chill for their own good, or is my car just trying to join an oil conservation movement?
Anyone dealt with this mess before? Share your experiences. Diagnoses, fixes, or just good old venting welcome.
