having issue w the carista app

im having issues disabling auto stop start on my 23 taos using this app carista. ive tried all available options but no luck. Anyone else tried to do rhe same using the app? appreicate any input

is ur phones software version updated? that might be the issue
the app works for me. im using an iphone 12

Hey, it might be that the Carista app doesn't fully support the disabling? I guess you can first check with Carista's support if this is a usual issue because as far as I know the app only allows minor adjustments not full disabling. I think... Not sure so do check.

have you tried the aftermarket auto stop eliminator? it's an option if you want to permanently disable it

Did you manage to resolve this? if you haven't yet, try your luck with their support team

You know, my friend ran into the same problem with his Taos. He finally managed to sort it out using Carista. It was a bit of a hassle,he had to uninstall and reinstall the app, then reconnect and give the coding another go. Surprisingly, it actually worked this time on the second attempt! I think it might be worth a shot if you're having trouble too.
